A full-time national serviceman was charged in court on Wednesday with committing an obscene act on a child and having sex with the underage girl.
The 22-year-old allegedly performed oral sex on the 14-year-old girl in a Jurong East flat on May 23, 2008.
He is also said to have had sex with her on three occasions between 2008 and 2009, and to have threatened to post her nude photographs online.
A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Nov 14.
