Boyfriend, 4 others rape 19-yr-old after spiking her drink

CHENNAI: Police have arrested four college students and launched a hunt for another student for allegedly raping a 19-year-old woman after spiking her drinks at a party. The arrested include the woman's boyfriend K Sivanandan (19) of Anakaputhur.

Police said Sivanandan, a first year hotel management student of a private college in the city, had taken the woman to a friend's place Sunday evening where she passed out after having drinks.

He dropped her at her place Monday morning after he and his friends allegedly raped her.

The woman, a salesgirl in a supermarket, has been admitted to a government hospital in Egmore with bleeding injuries. She is now stable, doctors said.

The incident came to light when the doctors treating her found signs of rape. They informed police on Tuesday.

Following this, Sankar Nagar police inspector M Christopher got the woman's statement in the presence of the doctors. Joint commissioner of police (south zone) K P Shanmuga Rajeswaran said, "Sivanandan lured his girlfriend and took her to his friend Arvind Santhosh's house in Anakaputhur.

The accused apparently spiked her drinks and raped her." The others arrested are Santhosh (19), an engineering student, Hariharan (19), a first year polytechnic student, and Deepan Kumar (18), a first year BTech student.

Man finds videos of his wife on porn site

AN Egyptian man collapsed after logging on to a porn site and finding filthy videos of his WIFE having sex.

The man — named only as Ramadan — passed out in an internet cafe after what he claimed was his first ever look at pornography.

He rushed home to confront his unfaithful spouse — who at first denied the accusations.

But she was forced to come clean when Ramadan played her one of the 11 films he had found of her having sex.

She confessed she had made the films with an old boyfriend during their marriage.

She also told him she had never loved him although they had four children together.

Ramadan, from the north-eastern province of Dakahlia, said: “I found 11 films showing my wife in indecent scenes with her lover.

"It was the first time I watched a porno film and I did this just out of curiosity.”

He added: “She first denied it and accused me of being insane before I faced her with the films, she then confessed to be still in love with her boyfriend, saying he is as young as her and that I am an old man.”

Ramadan said he had been happily married for 16 years until he logged on to the website.

Local newspapers did not say whether he decided to divorce her.

Man forces sons to have sex with mother

A man has been charged with forcing his former girlfriend to have sex with her 10-year-old son and two other young boys.

Mark McCoy, 41, allegedly held his girlfriend down as he made the three boys, aged 9 and 10, put their genitals in the woman's face.

He now faces 28 charges, including multiple counts of molesting a child and intimidation, after one of the boys told police of the alleged crimes.

The sickening attacks allegedly took place in McCoy's Westside, Indianapolis home in January 2011.

According to an eight-page affidavit, the boy told police in an interview that McCoy forced him to 'participate in sexual acts with his mother'.

While speaking with police in February, the boy told officers McCoy forced him to watch a pornographic movie, WISHTV.com reported.

The man then held down his mother and forced the boy to put his genitals in her face as she cried, he said.

He added that his mother was trying to escape and push the man off her.

Two other boys, aged nine and 10 at the time, were also in the bedroom during the attacks. Their relationship to the adults is unknown.

These boys were also forced to put their genitals in the woman's face, the boy said.

During an interview with the woman, she told police the two boys tried to force their way between her legs while McCoy watched, WISH reported.

The woman's son said he did not want to carry out the sickening acts but McCoy had threatened him with a gun and said he would shoot him if he told anyone.

The boy and his mother only told police when officers started investigating the suspect for possession of child pornography.

McCoy is being held at the Marion County Jail on $50,000 bond.

44 men charged with having commercial sex with minor

Forty-four men were charged in court on Monday with commercial sex with an underage girl.

The men, from all walks of life, are between 21 and 48 and face between one and four charges each. Most of them were represented by lawyers.

The then principal of a primary school school Lee Lip Hong, 39, was the only one to admit to the two charges of having paid $500 on each of two occasions for sex with the girl under 18 at Hotel 81 Bencoolen on Sept 26 and Dec 14, 2010. His case is fixed for mention on April 27.

Foo Kim Meng, 45, is accused of four charges. He allegedly paid $500 on each occasion for sex with the underage girl at Hotel 81 Bencoolen and Strand Hotel in Bencoolen Street between October 2010 and January 2011,

Raising a preliminary objection to the charges, his lawyer, Mr Subhas Anandan who is appearing for nine others, said the charge lacked particulars as neither the girl's name nor her age was given.

The prosecution said the investigation officers had been directed by Attorney-General's Chambers not to reflect the victim's name.

Although she was not named, the charges merely said that she was a female under 18 and under the charge of one Tang Boon Thiew.

Tang's case is pending.

Among those charged was police superintendent Tan Wee Kiat, 35, formerly known as Jarrod Song Eu Loong, and ex-National Environment Agency in-house counsel Chia Kok Peng, 38, who face one charge each.

If convicted, each man can be jailed for up to seven years and fined for having commercial sex with a girl under 18. The law came into effect in 2008.

Relief teacher jailed for lewd advances

A 48-year-old former relief teacher has been sentenced to ten months imprisonment for making inappropriate advances toward an underage female student.

The man started working as a relief teacher in a secondary school in the northeast side of Singapore in October 2010.

He obtained the number of his 13-year-old student through her Facebook page and began sending her lewd text messages. The man even asked her to be his girlfriend.

In one of his SMSes, he called the girl "dear" and asked her to masturbate him.

Among the 26 text messages he sent her in October and November 2010, he also asked if she had any "desires" and whether she touched herself.

The girl did not reciprocate and twice rejected his requests to meet her.

She then confided in a senior schoolmate, who reported the matter to the school.

The girl and her family also made a police report.

After being sentenced on Tuesday, the man asked the judge if he could be spared jail time as he had to help raise his three children.

The judge rejected his request.

City banker accused of raping three women claims alleged victim made eye-contact while eating chicken 'suggestively' Read more: http://www.dailymail.

A City banker accused of a string of rapes today told a court he had consensual sex with one of his alleged victims after she made eye contact while 'suggestively eating chicken'.

Brian Witty, 41, of Teddington, Middlesex, denies raping three women and sexually assaulting a fourth over a 16-year period between 1995 and 2011.

Answering the allegations, the former Captain in the Parachute Regiment told Kingston Crown Court he 'must have a poor judge of character' for not spotting ladies who have a 'screw loose'.

In one instance, Witty told the court how he had met one of the women by chance in City bar Abacus after spotting her eating chicken in a way that implied a sexual act.

Having met a female friend for a business meeting on October 4th, 2008, they were sitting by the bar when they spotted the woman, named only as Miss C, arrive and sit alone nearby.

Witty said: 'We noticed her because she was on her own. We thought perhaps somebody was coming to meet her because she ordered some food.'

Mark Milliken-Smith, defending, asked him: 'Had you made contact with her by this time?'

The defendant replied: 'No, apart from eye contact. We caught each other’s eyes.'

Witty said his friend then made a comment about the way the way Miss C was eating her chicken. Looking over, he saw she was eating it in a way that replicated a sexual act, he told the court.

'I saw her suggestively eating chicken ... I was looking at her and she smiled,' Witty said.

After a trip to the toilet, he came back to find his friend talking to Miss C and he then bought the group some cocktails

He said they got on well and his friend thought she was flirting with him, and when the group left around 10.30pm he and Miss C briefly kissed on the lips outside Bank tube station, before he handed her his business card.

Due to problems with the tube, Witty said he decided to walk to nearby Monument station instead, and encountered her again on his way.

As it was late, she offered him her spare room, he told the court, but he declined as he said he had an early start.

After exchanging a few texts, the pair met up again three days later for some drinks in Richmond, south-west London, before going back to his flat where they began kissing and 'fondling' on the sofa.

He told the court she performed a sex act on him before he went to his bedroom to get a condom, and when he returned she told him 'f*** me', leading to 'vigorous' sex.

Asked by Mr Milliken Smith QC,'Did she ever say anything to give any indication she was unhappy', he replied: 'Not at all.”

Witty said he then ordered some Chinese takeaway for them both, and they continued to talk on the sofa, but the mood turned sour in a conversation about football.

After she had remarked that Portsmouth football club were better than Manchester United, and he had jokingly told her to 'f*** off', she took offence and asked him to call her a cab.

He said, 'She suddenly switched', later adding, 'I didn’t understand why she was upset'. Witty also denied flinging a packet of fried rice over the woman after the alleged rape.

He told the court that when the Chinese food arrived she went out into the hallway to make a phone call, and he told her to take some of the special fried rice away with her.

Asked by Mr Milliken-Smith, 'Did you throw it at her?' he replied, 'Absolutely not.'

Thinking she had left, Witty went to bed but a few hours later police arrived and he was taken into custody
for questioning.

Witty also described meeting another alleged victim, named only as Miss D, through dating website datingdirect.com, on August 2nd last year, and arranging to meet her for a drink.

He denied encouraging her not to drive and have a drink instead was a 'master plan to get her drunk and rape her.'

They met in The Anglers pub in Teddington, Middlesex, and he bought the first two rounds of drinks - two pints of Peroni for him and two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc for her - before they went to sit outside by the river.

He told the court they discussed his young son and the conversation was 'flirtatious', and when she went to buy the third round she came back with two glasses of wine and two pints at the same time.

He said he asked her: 'Are you trying to get me drunk?' Miss D, he claimed, replied: 'No, because you will not be able to perform later'

At a later point, he said told her she had nice breasts and claimed she pulled down her string vest in response, revealing her bra to him.

'It was enough for me to see', he said, adding: 'It was a quick flash of her breasts in the bar.'

He said they walked back hand in hand to his flat for some more drinks, and kissed and 'fondled' on the balcony before moving back to the sofa inside and undressing each other.

He said after an initial unsuccessful attempt to have sex in which she said she could feel 'absolutely nothing', she performed a sex act on him.

They then had consensual sex on the sofa during which she was 'being vocal', he claimed.
'It was dirty talk,' he added.

Afterwards, Witty told the court, she asked if he wanted her to stay, but as his son was coming to stay the next day and it was late, he declined and called her a cab.

He was arrested a few hours later when he was still in bed.

In cross-examination Witty told the court he 'must have a poor judge of character' for not spotting ladies who have a 'screw loose'.

He said he had not thought to change his dating habits after being first accused of rape and sexual assault between 1995 and last year, claiming he had 'not done anything wrong'.

Prosecutor Edmund Gritt put to him: 'Over these years it appears there was a mounting sense of shock on your part [following each arrest] ...

'Yet you have not in any way modified or changed your behaviour in terms of going out with women you don't know, having a few drinks with them and getting straight down to sex in a matter of hours.'

Asked if the accusations had made him mistrustful of women, Witty said: 'I had not done anything wrong so it didn't unnerve me'.

But he later added: 'I must have a poor judge of character because I am standing here fighting for my life.'

Asked about the woman, Miss B, who he is accused of sexually assaulting in an alleyway off a pub in 2006,
he said: 'I would say I misjudged her. I think she had a screw loose.'

The court heard he also referred to another of his alleged victims, Miss A, in his police interview in the same manner.

He told officers she 'must have had a bloody screw loose' and was jealous he had a girlfriend.

He is accused of raping Miss A in 1995 in his flat in Kensington, west London, when he is alleged to have jumped out of bed and said: 'I don't believe this. I'm a good-looking bloke.'

Mr Gritt asked if things were becoming 'urgent', with the time between meeting women and having sex diminishing, and whether he was 'emboldened' by the fact that the CPS had not yet charged.

Witty denied both suggestions.

Mr Gritt asked: 'Is it just compulsive on your part? At the end of the evening you have to have sex one way or another?' Witty replied: 'I have not done anything wrong. No.'

The trial continues.

Woman raped by goons she hired to kill husband

POLBA (HOOGHLY): Police have dug up a fact more bizarre than fiction in the gangrape of a 39-year-old woman in Hooghly's Polba, 60km from Kolkata. Investigators say she was raped by the killers she had hired with the help of her lover to murder her husband.

The lover, Zico Pal alias Potla, is a rich, married farmer 14 years younger to the woman. He wept inconsolably in the police station as he narrated how he tried to stop the killers from raping her, sources said. But the gang tied him up and went on raping the woman.

The four killers had been hired by Potla from Belgharia on the city's fringes, Baranagar and Bandel, police said. He and the woman have confessed to the crime. The lovers and the killers have been arrested.

Police grew suspicious of the woman because she seemed reluctant to file a complaint of rape although a medical examination had confirmed sexual assault. Her FIR mentioned only dacoity and murder. It was her 14-year- old son, Kushal, who told the villagers she had been raped. She added a rape complaint at their insistence.

The incident occurred around midnight on March 28 in Patna village of Polba. The woman's 50-year-old husband, Krishna Chandra Mal, a wealthy potato farmer, was attacked in his courtyard when he got up to go to the bathroom. The robbers slit Mal's throat and stabbed him repeatedly before they ransacked the house to make it look like a dacoity. They tied and gagged his wife and son. But before leaving with the loot, they took turns sexually assaulting the woman.

Potla has admitted he had led the way to Mal's house and was present during the incident, police said. He had not told the gang of his involvement with the woman and was shocked when they decided to rape her before leaving the house. He tried to stop them but in vain. It was Kushal who managed to free himself and alert neighbours.

Inconsistencies in woman's statements alerted police: Police say the woman had a kind of obsession for Potla. "The two would meet whenever she went to her maternal home in Balagarh. Potla would even visit her house on a motorcycle when her husband was not around. The two would spend some time in private on the terrace. After arresting the criminals who raided Mal's house, we came to know that they were hired by Potla. The conspiracy became clear thereafter," an officer said. "During sustained interrogation, the woman broke down and confessed to her involvement," he added.

"There were inconsistencies in the woman's statements from the start. Since the time we started the investigation, we suspected that there was more to the incident than what was being said. It was after sustained interrogation of the woman and the four accused that we got to the bottom of the matter," said Hooghly SP Tanmoy Roy Chowdhury.
