A cement factory worker waited for his 16-year-old lover outside the school compound apparently to send her home three years ago.
Utusan Malaysia reported that Mohamad Ezad Ezuadi Othman, 29, however, drove her to his rented house and demanded sex.
He slapped and threatened her when she refused and then raped her.
After hearing testimony from eight people, Sessions Court judge Hasbi Hasan sentenced him to seven years’ jail and two strokes of the rotan.
