A MAN ignored his mother’s plea and raped a 16-year-old girl at home, reported Harian Metro.
The victim, a schoolgirl, had been invited to the man’s house in Setapak Jaya, Kuala Lumpur on the pretext of being introduced to his family.
However, soon after she was introduced to the man’s mother, he dragged her into his room before locking the door and raping her.
It was reported that the mother had tried to plead with the man through the door and was shocked to see her son raping the girl when she peeked through the window of his room.
A source said the teenager, who was raped four times during the incident last month, did not lodge a police report earlier because the man had promised to “take responsibility” for his actions.
However, the man, who is in his early 20s, had subsequently refused to marry her after she was confirmed to be pregnant.
The man was arrested on Monday after the teenager lodged a report with the Wangsa Maju police station.
