LAST August, cabby Francis Ngien Tai Ho grabbed the right arm of a 24-year-old passenger and kissed her hand when they arrived at her destination in Simei Street 1 in his Trans-Cab taxi.
The woman complained to her boyfriend, a police officer, and was advised to make a police report.
Ngien, 52, was arrested four days later.
He was jailed two weeks on Friday for outraging her modesty.
A district court heard that Ngien had done the same thing to a 19-year-old passenger in 2002. He had also hugged her and kissed her cheek. He had then been fined $8,000.
